The Mormon religion is a cult of excuses. There is an excuse for everything such as why Joseph Smith had several versions of his First Vision; why Joseph Smith sexually stalked young girls enticing them with promises of goddesshood; why Joseph Smith married the wives of other men; why there is no proof of any of the three supposed Middle Eastern migrations to the New World......and on and on and on.

Regarding the mythology of the Book of Mormon, the Mormons post all kinds of excuses to cover the fact that such major disciplines as anthropology, archaeology, linguistics, and genetics all refute the BoM's story. Joe Smith told many tall stories, and he was able to get credulous 19th century people, fairly uneducated, to believe his fantasies. He made a good living off of his flannel mouth and imagination - but that was nearly two hundred years ago - things have changed, and science has progressed.

We now know for a fact that the Book of Mormon is a myth, pious fiction as it has been called. But it does not deal with actual events and actual people. Mormons have claimed to have read the book and received some kind of interior witness that it is true. ...which pretty much demonstrates how human being can be deceived, not only by their own misleading "feelings", but by lying spirits who love to demean Christianity!

Here are some statements by experts, let the excuses begin!

"The DNA Evidence is Irrefutable

Dr. Dennis H. O’Rourke is an anthropologist at the University of Utah. He
studies DNA in ancient (pre-Columbian)populations, extracting DNA from bones
of the dead. And that DNA evidence totally destroys the Book of Mormon myth.
O’Rourke is emphatic: “All suchDNA is Asian! No research suggests similarities btween Native American and Hebrew DNA. The scientific consensus is
that Native Americans come from Asia.”

Dr. David Glenn Smith is an anthropologist at the University of California,
Davis. He heads the most respected test lab in the world in the area of Native
American DNA. He, too, emphaticallystates that there is no similarly between
Native American and Hebrew DNA:“There is a comprehensive widespread, consensus among anthropologists today from all subdisciplines of
anthropology that the homeland of Native Americans is East Asia.”

Most emphatic of all, however, is Dr.
Stephen L. Whittington who is a bio-archaeologist with a focus in [CentralAmerican] archaeology. He is one of the
most respected authorities in skeletal DNA research. He somberly states, “There are
no Hebrew origins for Native Americans. Their origin was Northern Asia!”

Other scientific disciplines confirm the DNA evidence.

John McLaughlin is a linguist at the University of
Utah. He reiterates what others have been saying fordecades: There is no evidence that any American
Indian language has Hebrew roots. He says that of the 800-900 languages spoken on this continent in
the last 300 years there are no indications of Hebrew origins.

Some 20 years ago I quoted another BYU Professor, John L. Sorenson, an anthropologist, saying that the American Indians clearly did not descend from Hebrews; the languages of the New World do not have a Hebrew root; and the physical and biological characteristics of the American Indians are not Semitic."

If you are being approached by Mormon missionaries, do your homework first, and don't let them fast talk you into baptism and add another victim to their numbers.
