Joseph Smith, founder of the LDS/Mormons, produced his own corrected version of the KJV Bible. Currently, this version of the Bible is only used by the Reorganized Mormon Church which calls itself "The Community of Christ." The CofC is still a cult since it refuses to discontinue use of Smith's false books, recognizes him as a prophet, and has only one foot in orthodox Christianity. The Brighamite faction of Mormonism in Utah, the group we call the Mormons, shuns the revision publicly, but their own version of the KJV gives the Joseph Smith Translation's version in footnotes. So, as usual the Mormons are deceitful - publicly denying the version, secretly using it. Both the LDS and CC cults recognize Joseph Smith as a "prophet," and so I'd like their "textual critics" (so-called) to back up this Joseph Smith version of the following JST-specific texts, and tell us whether or not the JST (Joseph Smith Translation) has any relationship to ancient m****cripts, or to any narratives in the real world.

Here is the KJV text of Genesis 50:24-26:24
24And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
25 And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.
26 So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.

Note how the JST adds many additional verses to chapter 50, while the KJV ends with verse 26. What m****cript evidence exists for this addition? None, I'm sure, so how can anybody with pretense to being an honest textual critic just **** off these additional verses and remain within a cult that has so blatantly added to God's Word?
And if anybody is interested, these additional verses just happen to be pointing to Joseph Smith - see the verses in red. I find it comical that these so-called "textual critics" lack the integrity to apply the same methods of criticism to the Mormon JST Bible that they use to so often tear up the texts used by Christians. The word "hypocrisy" comes to mind!
