You are right, Mormonism is the continuation of the Devil's lie to Adam and Eve!

Nope....no teaching ever has or will say that man can "take God's place"....EVER. God will always be God, we will always worship Him. ALWAYS.

It's a core belief of our faith and is quite clear. In gospel topics on LDS.org it says

"Latter-day Saints believe that God’s children will always worship Him. Our progression will never change His iden***y as our Father and our God"

Further, no exalted being would even DESIRE it. If they did, they wouldn't have progressed to that state. Exaltation and fulfilling our divine potential is dependent upon obedience and RIGHTEOUSNESS. Since feelings like pride, selfishness, envy etc...are not righteous, then someone who exhibits those attributes would not even be able to progress, at all.

LDS topics also says

"If humans live out of harmony with God’s goodness, they cannot grow into God’s glory. Joseph Smith taught that “the powers of heaven cannot be controlled nor handled only [except] upon the principles of righteousness.” When humans abandon God’s selfless purposes and standards, “the heavens withdraw themselves [and] the Spirit of the Lord is grieved.” Pride is incompatible with progress; disunity is impossible between exalted beings."

So what Joseph Smith ACTUALLY taught was that eternal progression and exaltation is not about power or "taking God's place" because that would never happen.

But you worship some guy from planet X who is nothing but a man who became a god and was "appointed" to rule over planet earth. That is a despicable thing to say about the God of t he Bible. You worship a creature and ignore the Creator.

I worship the Creator, The Eternal Father, who doesn't need other en***ies to make Him who He is. He alone is God. I personally find it despicable to place any being on the same level as Him, as He is greater than all. To claim that He could not exist without Christ and The Holy Ghost I feel is extremely disrespectful, since He is greater than both. They work with Him to carry out His purpose and His Plan, but make no mistake, it's still HIS Plan and not THEIR Plan. His alone.

There is no teaching that confirms anything you just said about Planet X, we have no information on any of this. All that has been said on the subject is speculation. But quite frankly, it's attempting to put a finite label on the infinite, which is impossible. If there are things God has not revealed, it is because we are not ready to accept the information. If the reason we are not ready is because of our limited mortal understanding, we will not be able to know or understand these things while in our mortal tabernacle.

I worship God, who wants us to know Him. But He is also beyond our complete understanding, so there will be things we will not know about Him while we're here. I'm ok with that because I have faith in Him, just as a child who cannot yet grasp an adult concept trusts their parents to guide them, knowing they only want what's best for them and are only interested in the child's happiness and progression, so I trust my Heavenly Father to guide me towards true joy and the fulfillment of my divine potential as His child.

And these Mormons here have a hymn they sing in praise of Joe Smith - it says he is "mingling with the gods." I wonder how many of those "gods" are females, and how much he's "mingling."

Mormons are polytheistic heretics - if you are being approached by members of this cult remember they worship a supposed "god" who grew up on another planet and earned godhood by being a faithful Mormon. He was appointed to rule over planet earth by other gods. All this garbage was taught by Joseph Smith, who was as much a prophet as David Koresh and Jim Jones. Following Smith leads one to the Kingdom of Darkness, and you'll end up a lot poorer too!
