This unique video from Liberty University begins by explaining Islam, and then ventures into comparing the false teachings of Islam with the false teachings of Mormonism. It is a very powerful video by a former Muslim.
Notice that he points out that both religious systems have replaced the Atonement with works. Both have taken the cross and trashed it for all practical purposes. Both are rooted in a "vision" from an angel. Both have perverted the shedding of Blood. Both have new revelations given to a "final" prophet (the subsequent Mormon prophets are nothing but CEOs).
I think we should focus on the fact that Muslims say that Jesus was never crucified, but that another died in His place; the Mormons have taken the Atonement on the cross and replaced it with Jesus sweating in a Garden.
Any way you cut it, the demonic works systems of both groups has the same source: the Enemy!
