Default Hello everyone! I'm Christian. I

    Dear members,

I've been posting here for quite awhile but have never formally introduced myself. My name is Christian M. and have lived in Connecticut my entire life with the only exception being when I lived in Puerto Rico for two years for my mission. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As a member of my church I believe in Jesus Christ and accept Him as my Savior. As with any religion there are of course differences and I look forward to the continued debates that we all enjoy.

    Your friend in Christ,
    Christian
I will now say, not only to our delegate to Congress, but to the Elders who leave the body of the Church, that he thought that all the cats and kittens were let out of the bag... it was thought there was no other cat to let out. But allow me to tell you..., you may expect an eternity of cats, that have not yet escaped from the bag. Bless your souls, there is no end to them, for if there is not one thing, there will always be another.

    Hi Christian.

Can you tell me what "urloony" means?

I am sure there has been a lot more members that have joined. Yet it seems there is not much in terms of introductions. Well, urloony, not sure why I see "banned" under your name... but if you come back, I hope I can have some discussions about differences between our respective Churches... mainly Catholic or Eastern Orthodox. I hear from many people that are LDS, that Catholic and perhaps EO would be a natural alternative. I should think not many EO join the LDS, I am finding their catechuman process a little lengthy and their spirituality more active. I do not doubt uninformed Catholics defect, I have met a few that became Protestant and hold resentment to the Catholic Church.
