How many people living in that time period knew what a llama was?
How many had even heard the word llama spoken in conversation?
How many books made mention of llama's in the 1700's or even early 1800's?
Don't you think that if Joseph Smith had used the word llama instead of horse that it would have seemed as preposterous to the people back then as it seems today that he used the word horse?
