Default No tongues required for Holy Ghost baptism

No scripture anywhere says you must speak in tongues to be baptized by the Holy Ghost. Romans 8:9 says you are not a Christian if you don't have the Holy Ghost living within you. How do you propose He got there if He DIDN'T 'immerse' (the definition of 'baptize) you?

not really sure what the question is?

I do know that not all speak in tongues, and we should not raise the use of that gift as being the only sign a person is saved...
