I like that Hank says he cannot judge anyone's heart, but only what they are teaching (as compared to the Bible). I respect people who make that very important distinction. Too many Christians cross that line and try to judge individuals.

I would agree that Osteen is more of a motivational speaker, but that is not a judgment about the state of his heart or relationship with Jesus Christ.
