Default Knowing God = Knowing Satan

    Relax, folks.

I'm not saying our Father in heaven is Satan.

THIS is the point I am going to try to make:

When a person knows our Father in heaven, they know Satan too, by extension, because Satan is the exact opposite of our Father in heaven, so a person who knows one knows the other side, too, because they are on opposite sides.

... and it works the other way, too.

When a person knows Satan, they know our Father in heaven too, by extension, because Satan is the exact opposite of our Father in heaven, so a person who knows one knows the other side, too, because they are on opposite sides.

This is pretty obvious to some people, but not to all, so I thought I would bring it up.

Now let's talk about how much we know about one, or the other:

One does NOT have a glorified resurrected body, and the other one...

One is NOT our literal Father, who is in heaven, and the other one...

One wants us to become exactly like him, and the other one...

One can speak to us through our thoughts and feelings, and the other one...

One of them does everything he can to try to help us, and the other one...

One of them is NOT like Jesus Christ in every way, and the other one...

Are you getting the hang of this now ?

    Pretty cool, huh.

Just wanted to make one point, satan is not the exact opposite of God. Satan is a created being and does not have the level of power that God has. He is evil, yes and God is good but he can only what he is allowed to do.

Understood, as far as implications with what is done by him, no? Otherwise, from the ancient times of his fall, the outcome thrust him into the ***le here. But your point retains so much preeminence for our wellbeing; I have to agree with Disciple, Arron.

Wouldn’t that tend to tip the balance into a more flexible understanding?

    Mike.
