I always tell people that have had even the slightest problem . with any guest to simply add the other person's name to their IGNORE LIST and put a stop to future problems.

I always try to give a person a warning before I put them on IGNORE...but mostof the timethe people actually were looking to be banned so being on everyone's IGNORE LIST is no big deal to such types.
