Does Anyone Here Read About Reciprocal System Theory

Hello!

Has anyone here ever read about Reciprocal System Theory? What can you conclude after reading about it?

I am very interested to read the whole thing about this theory and it relativity to our universe and humans here on earth.

and............all I got is that the idea was dreamed up by a guy who was born just down the road from where I live,,,

other than that I have no opinion of the concept as itis t alked about on the websites i looked at...

It is a "theory of everything" that is based on the concept of motion, rather than matter. It says about physics history and where such topic went wrong. I never had read the whole content but it has a deeper meaning and it is not shared to all!
