Hope you don't pay to must. Housing in Ohio is some of the best deals in the Country.
Not must going on in Cincinnati, Ohio. Family or *** is about the only reason to move there, but to each his own.

I am 100% retired. I don't have to work and I really don't want to work.. So you nailed it it's family.. My newest grand child and the only one of his generation that will carry my name into the future will be born there in May.. I know this is pride but God has allowed me to hold at least that much.. Now because my wife is willing I will watch little Christopher James grown into a strong young Christian man.. That and I get to spend much, MUCH more time with my son.. He is 10 X the man I ever was.. This whole move is a BIG DEAL. I feel very blessed to have this opportunity to be there with them..

Yes, property was CHEEP.. I got a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood there for less than $90K.

Funny thing, I am trying to get my wife to move away from our grand-children. My daughters over use her from time to time.
